What payment methods do you accept? 

At the moment we accept payments through: Google pay, Apple Pay, American Express, Visa, UnionPay, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay and iDeal.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It takes around 1 to 3 days to process your product. Shipping to the United States takes around 3-7 days.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment we only ship to the United States, but our goal is to expand to Europe and Asia in the future. 

What is your return/exchange policy?

You can view our return policies on our Policies page, which you can view by clicking the three lines at the top left of your screen and from there click Policies

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking the three lines and from there clicking Track your order. Paste your tracking code and from there you can see where your product is. You receive your tracking code through e-mail or text after we have processed your order and shipped it.
